
I first completed my studies in business administration. After managing my own businesses for some years, I went back to school to get a second university degree in accounting. Each business model, including long-term rentals, fix-and-flip projects, and short-term rentals, needs different bookkeeping practices in order to be in compliance with tax laws. My goal is to make sure that real estate investors have the correct bookkeeping to maximize their profits and minimize their income taxes.

After retiring from a career as an engineer working on the performance of computer systems, I worked as a level 5 tax preparer for America's largest income tax preparation company. After I became a real estate investor, I realized the importance of correct bookkeeping for real estate investors.
